4 Days Sweat and Flow Yoga Retreat
3 nights and 4 days where we combine movement, connection, and experience with a mindful way of living. A journey of self-discovery and fun, on and off the yoga mat! This retreat will be the perfect chance to take care of your body and your soul, in the beautiful region of Emilia Romagna. During the retreat, there will be moments dedicated to yoga practice and others dedicated to a variety of activities in the area - such as excursions and wine tastings. There will also be time to relax, dedicated to yourself, and body massages. Martina will offer two yoga classes per day: in the morning, a Power Vinyasia lesson to awaken the soul and recharge yourself and at sunset; a relaxing Yin yoga practice will complete your day. Furthermore, the meals will be special, with three meals a day of organic food grown locally (vegetarian and vegan options available). Afterwards, breakfast will be ready for you, energetic and healthy. After a few hours devoted to yourself, the lunch will be served: light and tasty, based on vegetables and grains. During the afternoon, you can choose between different activities: wine tasting, visits to beautiful places in the surrounding area, sports in the gardens, or a well-deserved relaxation by the pool and a body massage session. At sunset, prepare for a Yin yoga practice, to relax the body at the end of the day. The dinner, taken outdoors, will be a pleasant moment of conviviality all together. Tenuta Mariano wants to give you the chance to get away and rejuvenate and restore your body in whichever way you need to. Everyone knows that each person has different desires and needs and Tenuta Mariano is willing to accommodate you. Of course if you wish to follow the general itinerary, a typical day includes yoga sessions, breakfast, a tranquil walk, and two to three other opportunities for activity of your choice. The beauty of Tenuta Mariano is that you can take as much or as little from exploring other activities that they offer and if you like, you can even opt to simply rest and relax. Your yoga teacher: Born in Italy, Martina came to Rotterdam to follow her dream to become a professional dancer, which she achieved after graduating with a Bachelor in dance and movement from Codarts Rotterdam. During her dancer career, she started practice yoga till she fell in love with it and decided in 2016 to take her first teacher training. Martina took a Broga teacher training, a Restorative yoga and Meditation teacher training, and next on her list is a 300 hours Vinyasa teacher training. Her classes are designed to make you grounded and at the same time to explore the full capacity of your body.
