Free group walking tour of Florence. 11:00 am every day. Meeting point Santa Maria Novella Church by the obelisk. Usually groups are from 20 to 30. Duration 1:30/2:00 hours. English.

We are going to see:

Santa Maria Novella square

Santa Maria del Fiore (the Cathedral of Florence)

Brunelleschi Dome

Republic square

Medieval area with Old Towers

Signoria square

House of Michelangelo

Santa Croce square.

The Renassaince tour will take you around the pictoresque cobble stone streets of Florence exploring places like Michelangelo house, the Santa Maria del Fiore Cathedral with Brunellischi's dome. From there our guides will point out the antient house towers of Florence which you can still be able to see merged into more recent contructions. You'll learn more about Piazza della Signoria and the ancient Republic of Florence to then end up in Piazza Santa Croce, where our guides will teach you more about that church and the history behind the tumbs of famous people that it contains.
